Delete your ClayLab account

You can delete your ClayLab account and the data associated with it at any time. If you have already uninstalled the app, you can still request deletion from this page without downloading ClayLab again.

How to delete your account

There are two ways to request deletion of your ClayLab account and associated data.

In the ClayLab app

Open ClayLab and go to Account / Delete account. Follow the steps on screen to confirm. This permanently deletes your account and the data stored with it.

By email

If you no longer have the app, email us to request deletion. You do not need to reinstall ClayLab.

Please include the email address on your ClayLab account, and use the subject line “Delete my ClayLab account.” We will confirm your request and aim to complete it within 30 days.

What we delete

When we delete your ClayLab account, we also delete the personal data stored with it. That includes your profile and any cloud-synced pottery data tied to the account. Deleting your account is permanent. Logging out or uninstalling the app is not the same as deleting your account.

What we may keep

We may retain limited information when we are required to do so for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance. Freezing or deactivating an account does not replace deletion.

Subscriptions

If you subscribe to ClayLab through the App Store or Google Play, cancel that subscription with Apple or Google as well. Deleting your ClayLab account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.
